Q: How would I know how much my home worth? (by:Admin)

A: The best way to find out is to do an Appraisal- which costs money. The Real Estate Agent does a CMA- Comprehensive Market Analysis which determines the Value of your property after closely monitoring the past sales, current market condition of the similar like properties in the same or nearby location usually within 2 miles radius. They usually do this for free of cost in an expectation that if you like his/her service they will earn your business. Ask your Realtor for it.

There are some software which provides some idea- benchmark value for your property as Realtor.com, Zillow, Home Value etc. Use this as a foundation and ask your realtor to give you CMA for your property
